Tarrant Count Kids at Uplift

Step 1: Fill out our Enrollment Packet by finding your school and clicking Enroll Now. It will then prompt you to create a Parent Portal on Myprocare.com.

Enrollments and spaces are first come, first serve. Please read your enrollment form, Parent Handbook, and Tuition Fees thoroughly and contact our office with any questions or concerns.

Step 2: Once you have completed the enrollment, you will be prompted to complete the Re-registration where a nonrefundable Enrollment fee will be due before the completion of your re-registration.

Step 3: Once Reregistration and the Enrollment Fee has been processed, you will receive an email to complete any additional forms that are needed, you will need to fill out the appropriate forms completely.

Step 4: If you attend Crouch, Farrell, Larson, Patrick, Remynse, Starrett, or West, you will need to make an appointment to come to our Main Office (2820 Matlock Rd.) to receive a notary on your application.

**The enrollment process may take 3-4 business days to finalize. The completion of your enrollment process will include a welcome letter stating a start date.
